...itation of being generous to the company. Vadilal manipulate the employee trust. It holds the salary of employee and gives false promises. It is not a generous company.

The people down the line are nice.

Dislikes

...behaviour - they harrass employees, no courtesy or respect for female employees. They do not pay travel dues etc on time and in fact withhold salary. No support for employees moving from outside locations.

Products are good and salary & expenses are on time.

Dislikes

Top management is blindly beleive on GM's feedback. They never talk to middle management managers , never take their feedback. Below General Manager rank, they don't for bother you. Never appreciate you efforts and hard work. GM hold your Ta Da expenses for 2-2 months. So this company totally depends on working style of General Manager of a particular territory.

...er friendly nature , supportive, talkative. You can gain your experience alot . This is best job for who are looking for experience not for salary and I'm talking about particular in RSD dept. . All over this is good company

What i dislike is that if you are so hardworking person. You don't get justified salary here . That's the minus point of this . I do understand that companies have to maintain their budget but they offer you like you doing data entry stuff .

Company culture, salary package, promotion and appraisal and most of key positions hold by promoter family and you work like their puppet
