Work culture and environment is pretty good. You can work as you want. Complete freedom is given no interference until you do anything wrong.

...learning at all. 0 tools to be used which you can learn and apply in other orgs. Starting salary is very low and also the Increment is way too low.. Definitely not recommended if you want to scale heights in your career.
