...learning at all. 0 tools to be used which you can learn and apply in other orgs. Starting salary is very low and also the Increment is way too low.. Definitely not recommended if you want to scale heights in your career.

Company is pretty decent in terms of work life balance, environment , no pressure. Youll get salary on time.

Dislikes

The issue is that here you work on only one specific tool and thats is not used anywhere else. So youre not learning or working on tools that used in most of the companies like SQL ,Excel ,BI or any other tech skills. Also the salary is way too low.

...he female employee got benefits like unlimited leaves and wfh opportunities. 3. You get plenty of sympathy and promotion and salary raises for being the third gender just to show inclusivity. Someone deserving with constant good work is ignored. 4. The hr is not helpful and instead of fixing the issues she will hide the issues. 5. The organisation works on buttering your senior the more you butter the more you can have an easy life. Your knowledge your handwork never works.

Managers are not updated with the current tools and skills. Poor management. They don’t listen you whether the situation with you is severe.

...welcoming kit not even a laptop bag, gave just a low grade laptop and a charger. Promised salary at the time of employment is not what you get in the offer letter and later they don't even negotiate saying we cannot give more than this.
