Suddenly stop paying salary, don't pay to suppliers. Ethics only in words, but not in action. Employees are treated very bad.. No personal life. Lot of exploitation at all level. No benefits as such. No appointment letters given. No salary slips. Payment done in cash.

Likes

Colleagues are supportive and helpful to learn new things about innovative solutions.

Dislikes

1)Salary 2-3 months only they will give and don't know which date it will be released. 2) No proper cab, only one cab only, so everyone needs to wait until hod will come to cab. 3) some times need to work until 12-14 hrs. 4) Start up company doing research and acquire patents and designs ( sell them eventually) 5) One Chinese lathe, Semi automatic milling and hand welding machine only. So no suitable for graduate in production. 6) Vernier caliper, height gauge, tape, scale are the quality device so no big scope of quality. 7) Company will shut down after 2-3 three years and again they will open with new team and again close in 2-3 years

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
