The company is always open to new technology and new talent. It's always good to see that leaders are always leading not throwing away easily onto other. It definitely improves your personal level skills of fighting alone and getting things done. Absolute good company if you have Patience and have a lot time to spare

Dislikes

To be honest it's good company for short term period to get into learn things quicker and get away. Not much to stay at least for people working as software developer (IT)not in cad cam. Too much of expectations from everyone, never care about other's. Not carrer healthy company , no team just work alone at any how. Kinda politics like every where. Don't expect to growth with financial as well
