Joined the company as being number 3 in water sector globally and thinking it must have some Ethics and excellent working culture but didn't seems so poor documentation poor facilities to employees very poor communication and behaviour of seniors.

...seniors Failed HR No ethics at all in the company in any hierarchy Bad payment Delayed salary Hence left the company

Too much project review Salary scale very low Salary rarely on time Though Saturdays are officialy off, but people are forcefully called onto office on saturdays Work life balance not good Promotions are based on favourism(Chennai people more in good books) not hard work Pathetic spineless bosses Other than MD no body can take decision for even 1 rupee

Good team, Good place for professional career growth, won't have any work pressure. We can have chance to learn lot. Good CIO.

We can't expect Salary ontime. Salary will credit but no guarantee when it will credit.

Excellent working environment, equally opportunity to excel. Need based training to enhance the skill. Flexible timing balanced family life.

Delay Salary (approx 20-25 days) is only problem which we are facing continuosly.

Opportunity given by the company for the learnings of the trainees.

Dislikes

No on time salary. No WFH even during COVID. Treating trainees as machines and very late in reimbursement of work related expenses. Not listening to the trainees feedbacks.
