No on time salary. No WFH even during COVID. Treating trainees as machines and very late in reimbursement of work related expenses. Not listening to the trainees feedbacks.

...g full freedom for learning but it depends upon as per the immediate supervisor. Company provides good salary scale and opportunities to work with all categories.

The company does not have any standards. Example proper drawing template also not available. Everyone will work as per their opinion and their style. No standard document numbering, list, philosophy is available. As usual the politics will play a major role. It depends upon the immediate supervisor. There is no dedicated drafting member for each disciplines. One should work for Mechanical and the same guy has to work for electrical, instrumentation and even civil also. This is to be Modified. Saturday and Sunday is off. Even though they ask to come and work. Compensation will be provided once in 3 months and that too not provided to so many people's .

Nothing to be liked untill unless person who knows to please supervisor and gossip, gather information from one Person and give the negative alone to the highers!

...u can't come. Like that they will talk. The VP whatever agreed will not be paid. So forget the VP in salary structure. The settlement also not given to peoples who ever left the company for more than 2 or 3 years. It's is a bad place to work or even start the carreer. Pls take this advice. And think twice or more if you really want to join!

Good work enviroment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparant company policies are good.

On the job training is not given to new joinees. Salary is decent but career grouth is slow.
