Pathetic work culture.. office owner polices employee's personal lives.. the owner pankaj even polices his employee's Facebook posts and asks people to remove posts which are not to his liking.. they try to scam both the customers and the clients as much as possible while staying within the limits of Indian laws.. decreases salaries of employees randomly who are not in the good books of office management (in most cases due to non work related reasons).. zero job security.. employee's termination depends on the sole discretion of the office owner and performance parameters just do not matter.. zero growth opportunity.. cab facilities not punctual and irregular.. also almost all the high star ratings here are fake and are here as per the instructions of the office owner himself (not adhering to which will definitely cause issues if you plan on continuing working here).. Employees also get intoxicated with substances like booze etc in the office balcony itself even during shift hours.. pathetic for women as there are lots of old hungry wolves here with very good rapport with the office management.. some people have even been targeted here and been given a rough time because of their political beliefs..

I had a highly disappointing experience with V3 Outsourcing Solutions recently. As a freelancer, I completed a project for them but never received payment. It's clear they have no regard for fulfilling their financial obligations to freelancers. To make matters worse, attempting to resolve these issues was futile. The manager responsible for overseeing the project was unreachable via phone, which only added to the frustration and sense of unprofessionalism. Dealing with V3 Outsourcing Solutions' HR department was an incredibly unpleasant experience. The staff demonstrated a shocking lack of professionalism and basic behavioral etiquette. During my interactions, I encountered rudeness and dismissive attitudes that were completely unwarranted. Their communication was abrupt and condescending, showing a blatant disregard for respectful discourse. It's clear that the HR department at V3 Outsourcing Solutions lacks the fundamental understanding of how to treat individuals with courtesy and respect. Their behavior not only tarnishes the company's reputation but also creates a toxic environment for potential employees and freelancers alike. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to approach this company with caution, particularly if they value professionalism and respectful treatment in their workplace interactions.

Its been a 3.5 years since i am working here, great working environment to work for. The company is growing constantly since the inception and has a global client base. Here, it is easy to maintain work-life balance and they value employees effort.
