Likes

Good work enviorment and culture , teammates and management is quite supportive, appraisal are done every year and there no work load on pressure. Work environment is very safe especially for girls.

Dislikes

There is lot of politics and management doesn't address our issues. Salary is less and career growth is very slow. compulsary decisions are levied on the employees, no breakfast break, no cafeteria.
