... did not pay me around 40k. Once you resign from the company they wont pay you.. Never join such company and struggle for salary.. Worst company ever i faced. I will file a FIR on the company.

No body takes care of their own work. Your manager don't even listens to you. You should literally clean your desk, before you leave.

...urs a day, daily, failing which, you'll be seen and considered as irresponsible.This has a direct impact on your salary hikes. You will not be able to attend internal trainings,even outside of your office hours just because your manager deosnt want the team to grow. He wants to be commanding and just follows unnecessary and useless policies. You should literally clean your desk, before you leave the office. Nobody appreciates your hardwork.

Lot of politics In notice period, my personal experience was sacked suddenly. Even people are sacked without any notice If you are having committements do not join and ask whose place you are there as replacement One word- Joker management don't know anything

...y staffing agency, recruiting skilled persons and placing to multiple companies. Sometimes few resources will be work with V-soft payrolls and good thing is many of the resources will be permanently placing to MNC's. Good pay.

Not properly discloser of project timelines(end of project). sometimes immediately not allocated any projects, during this time (bench period) no pay. During onboarding time they will not disclose about bench period and pay. SOme management team is not employee favor.

No promotion, only people who do not want growth work here. Low pay and sacking is done every day of the week . Management is biased towards things and closes eyes on everything
