There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is increasing every financial year but career growth is low. I worked there 4 years they take me resign as a legal method but they are not giving me legal experience letter and salary slip. And not given graduity. I call Hyderabad hr many times they are made new new issues and same issue assistant manager. May I want to say not joined anyone there lots of politics

Compensation is decent, but growth is very slow.

Excellent work environment and culture. Supportive and friendly teammates, and the management is transparent. Company policies are good and the managers always motivate for the better outcome. Enjoyed my time thoroughly!
