...he mentioned policies in websites are very good (but only on words not actions). Salary will be credited on time (OT won't be paid). V-Guard is purely customer-based company (not employee concerned company)

Dislikes

Full of partiality between sales and service department (even in sanatory facilities and Tea & Water facilities). No proper HR management. V-Guard is not at all responsible for contract employees in all aspects.

Only thing I like is no late working. Other than that there is nothing good here.

Dislikes

Lots of politics. No recognition. Very rate promotion. They deduct 15% as variable pay but never pay. Annual Salary hike only in single digits below 7%. Promotion is a dream. There are people working for 15 years without promotion. Only local people stay here as there is no career growth. They don't upgrade to use new technology but ver happy to face issues and continue to use very old methodology. If you don't co-op, you will for sure get mentally disturbed.

V-guard company is vey good I have always enjoyed working in this company and everyone is supportive. All the products of v-guard are good and the retailer is also happy to sell these products because the product quality is well made.

Dislikes

... for paying the asked salary for people who are recruited from other companies. CTC is a mith, variable pay is included in the CTC so that no one will receive the full amount of variable pay. Employees working on similar projects will be having different pay level which even cannot be compared HR is good for nothing.

Company atmosphere is very good. Senior guidance and nature is good.

Dislikes

salary revision/increment is very low for contract base employee and take long time to become company onroll employee and its chances is very rare. Contract base Employee advantages is very less than onroll employees. dislike about opportunity and growth.

Dislikes

Facing difficulty to increase / revise the salary of old staff above a normal limit. But no limitation to fix salary for newly hiring one.
