I have been working in V guard service center (AMBEY ENTERPRISES PATNA) for almost 4 years but I have never received salary on time nor have I received any facility like PF, ESI. It is a very bad company and does nothing for its service technicians.

Technician does not get salary on time, neither PF ESI is deducted and the service incharge has very bad behaviour

Good training activities. , better career development , more external training and competition, good appraisal and salary package . More yearly initiatives giving us wide exposure

7days rotational shift can be eliminated

VGuard focus in the employee development and career advancement through various training programs, leadership development initiatives and encourage employee to grow within the organization.

Only the policy of netpay salary against CTC is not justified.other then everything is excellent.

V-Guard has freedom to work and explore your thoughts. management is fantastic. when lockdowns, zero sales and paycuts found in market, V-Guard given 200% variable pay. even contract employee's salaries also didn't cut. medium speed and steadily growing company.

Dislikes

It is not new but even in V-Guard multiple teams from HO, Corporate, IE, Safety,etc., riding plant people. multiple inputs spoils everything.

In your company I learnt a lot about electrical and electronics because my major is Mechanical. My teammates are very responsive they guided me in a good way. 100% job security. The career growth will be average. The balance between work and life is so worse

Dislikes

The working hours is 12, but I have to work 14 hours some days 16 hours for the same pay. So, the work pressure is very high. And they do not value the uniqueness of us.
