Job security is Excellent, Work Culture is Good, Compensation & Benefits needs improvement to be at par with other companies. For Career Growth evaluation needs to be done with unbiased parameters.

Dislikes

Compensation is not at par with the performance required leading to slow career growth. Mostly all hard work goes unnoticed in yearly appraisals. For Sales & Marketing especially being a field job, there needs to be proper structure growth which is currently stagnant.

Commercial is not strong as the communication towards the parties and there own work is not good. For the sales service is the backbone in which we are also not very good or excellent we are ok average.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is very slow.
