Working at V.Singhi is tough but it prepares you for the future and makes you handle working under pressure without compromising with the output. While working in V. Singhi one may feel over pressured and tough to continue articleship but it shapens our future bright. It makes students hardworker, mentally stronger.

The Firm has a variety of work, but it fails to provide exposure to each and every people. Undoubtedly, the platform is good, but the work culture is pathetic.

Dislikes

Stepping into the firm would ruin your social life totally without any doubt.The idle time in the office is more and you may be victim of doing odd office jobs. In terms of political review, no workplace is untouched with it, so is the firm.More or less it is a kind of Family Business.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
