They play games internally against you for cost cutting and get all work done before hand and blame you for things you never did and then ask to resign. This company is finished now. This company is the worst company. Don’t waste your time and never join this company. Very poor management and dirty politics and we should not call it a company it’s a shop they are running. And the product they are developing are illegal and illegally they are earning money and playing dirty politics with employees. I don’t like anything here and everything is worst.

Company was good before demonetization.

Favoritism, management is not connected with employees, same CEO, HR and his husband from the starting and only they are growing, you can see less peoples are liking the posts of Vinfotech in FB and no one want to cominicate with management.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
