Salary Negotiation in an interview

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Very punctual about timing. Salary always come on time.

Dislikes

U have to report to ur senior as well as the partner even if u get 5 mins late with reason. N no benefit of late sitting. Terrible seniors who don't support the juniors.

...culture is pathetic. The employer is worst when it comes to paying his employee. No timely payment of salary, no time for discussion of salary after year end cycle. It usually takes a minimum of 8-9months to decide your salary which is almost at the year end with no respect for the employee who gives his everything for the firm.
