Dislikes

Lot of micromanagement from founder' brother Incapable manager in seo team does lot of politics Lack of learning. Lock of autonomy. Seniors review chat messages also for grammar before they are sent to US team Lack of quality work It's good if you are able to build rapport with founder's brother otherwise you will be given standard 5 % hike no matter how hard you work. Slowly you will get dissatisfied in work Uworld portrays itself as having excellent culture but somewhere some gap is there which is visible due to high turnover rate.

It is situated too far away from my house 😂 that’s the only dislike. But jokes apart, the pace of how things progress in UWorld keeps speeding and changing you have to be quick to adapt or else you can fall behind and the company might move on leaving you behind because customers and the product are always the first thing to focus on.

US Based management is real good. Job security.

Dislikes

I don’t like Indian technical management (only one guy). He play politics with employees. He will consider only senior employees feedbacks. He won’t listen junior’s feedback. He always support them.
