It's the best company to learn and have a good work life balance. You get to learn new things. Managers are great also the owners. Worked for 3 years in the company and it was a pleasure to work in Uwc.

Low politics and freedom from timings

Dislikes

Never on time salary and during the date of payment all the higher officials will be out on leave. They say that reimbursements will be monthly but I haven't received till now.

A LALA COMPANY (That is what all distributors say so you can imagine what employee is going to say about the company). If you start working here then just be prepared for no self growth or skill development. Over here you won't get easily accessed even though samples, for which you have request so many times from your backend and top management, if you are lucky enough then for sure you can get it otherwise forget it. There is no promotional things or advertising for the company or products. Then comes the important part Commission/Incentives/Reimbursement which will take around 8-9 months to be credited in you account. You are working into sales department but you have to follow up everything from placing order then ask to make quotation sorry you have request them to send the quotation then comes payment section so you have to do accounts part as well, then you have to request dispatch team that sir/madame it has been more than 7-8 days of placing order so please aaj to dispatch kar dijiye. For this you need to be strong. Dispatch team will do according to their choices so you need to sit back. After joining this company you won't be able to switch to any other company because they will make you so lethargic and no career growth that every other company you try to join will say you use to work under a DISTRIBUTOR not a company, where there was no career growth and No Company would like to join such candidates in their team. Company top management would like to ask for the changes or something new which should be adopted by the company for their growth but it won't be implied and it will run on same segment as it use to be. There is no proper product training given. At the time of increment there will be no response from HR head and team, it will be done at the minimum percentage of increase in basics. Hope their HR can improve the company by opening their hands towards their employee rather than saving small amounts from employees benefit. it can lead this company to next level.
