Confused about Salary negotiations

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

...n. No priority for old employees. Neither they get promotion nor good increment. Sometimes new employees get more salary and higher rank then older one. That's the saddest part.

It was good but later the company going bad to worst in terms of all aspect mainly growth and office culter.

Dislikes

They dont appreciate hard working employee rather keep useless employee because their less salary.

While I was working in Utsav Fashion Pvt.Ltd. The organisation ensure job security that's it. Otherwise, my work experience was average in Utsav Fashion Pvt.Ltd.

When I was working in Utsav Fashion they pressing the employ for extra duty hours they don't pay for this. That was a very bad experience me and any employ.

it’s a great company it was a nice working with Utsav fashion as I got to learn so many things and managed all IT operation and infrastructure .I would love to work there again. The company was more like a family and the bosses were very good.
