Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Worst company 1. No career growth 2. No hike, additional benefits 3. You will be working till midnight, no overtime for that ,4. Overall stay away from this company.

Friendly and caring teammates, training was not bad , Am the one who left the job , because I had an opportunity to work in abroad, during the period of 5 years I have learned lot , Salary and appraisals are not bad , most of the time we have to use our presence of mind to take on the spot decision.

Dislikes

...work 12~19 hours in a day , some time we have to work on Sundays and late night. Because of late night or Sunday works If we took 1 day leave they do deductions from our salary .
