don't pay travel allowance which was promised. you are to work on holidays. toxic and demean you among colleagues, abusive language used and self esteem brought down. have made many cry and leave the job. the office politics, asking money when you are even 1 minute late. spiteful and no believing of you by management.

Hr not any person responce mail call I'm working 1 month notice period had completed but not getting notice period salary

Salary is ok and learner new things like how to talk customer of different ways because this is fully field work

Seniors behaviour is rediculous they always harass they create dramas and not wanted you to focus on your goal sheet They are very hard to handle

HR Policy is Good, I was working under with Respective Team Manager "Mr Umar Khan", And Branch Manager "Mr Abhishek Arora" Mr Umar Khan Nature was good, Fantastic Journey in Utkarsh Bank

More Pressurised by Branch Manager Mostly Saturday Sunday was working, No Rest and I did not much satisfied with my salary, My salary was 15156 (in hand) which was not sufficient as per my past experience in banking I had want more career growth in my life

1. Being a fresher, the company has a lot to offer. New products are being launched as company is at growing stage.

...people mostly who are least interested in those activities, hence is a waste. 2. Low salary as compared to work being done, especially at prime location branches. 3. A lot of manual work, like A LOTTTT!
