Environment and culture both are very poor. Timing is very very poor.much hardwork without benifit.work like a "bandhua majdur".work with family responsibility is none.holiday or gazetted holiday with total work.In eye of upper lavel officer is zero.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
