...lds here but there should be no consideration of appraisal\ promotion increase.lack of plots in salary increase decisions. inflation :cost of living increases not matched by salary hikes.

There is nothing worth liking here, there is only favoritism here and only people of the same caste are given priority.. and those who do sycophancy are given priority and only they are promoted.

...ose who are their favorite employees and do not see what the actual problem is.. and those who work are thrown out and those who take leaves and do not work, their salary hike continues in the office. There no official work culture, even didn't respect female collogues

...atein krte hain staffs Jealous : kuch staff dusre ke prati jalan ki bhawna rkhte hai, neecha dikhate hain, chugli/chaplusi krte hain Salary : salary jitna kaha gya tha joining ke time uss hisab se bahut kam increase hui hai Timing : kaafi lambi duty hoti hai 12-12 13-13 ghante ki Sunday/holiday ko work karne pe pahle paisa milta tha, ab nhi milta Production staff ko dusre nazar se dekha jata hai yaha, bakiyon se alag treatment diya jata h
