...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management dosenot adress our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 year before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Timely deposition of salary. Compliance of statutory is the utmost priority. Liasioning is good. Finance,HR and award of contracts personnel will have good skills

Depends on client. No works for overhaul of equipments etc. Top management will not more initiative for getting skill works. Top management is not taking care of employees growth and technical development. Implementation of latest technology is not available.

They hire at contract basis , no job security, skills are not much developed no training given to employees , No promotion policy, No transperancy in decisions making
