The company is good for job security, Salary is on time always. There is no office politics, few projects are good.

Salary is extremely low here, salary structure is like no of years of experience multiplied by 0.75 or 1(LPA), that will be your salary. For freshers to gain 2 3 years of experience it's a good company to learn, but for experienced candidates I won't recommend this company at all.

You get a great learning opportunity, with supportive co-workers, managers, and project coordinators who all share a unified vision. 100% of the projects are from the US or Europe, offering you the chance to handle foreign clients and projects. As a new joiner, the working hours may be hectic at first. Although the job offers flexible timing, you still need to be available most of the time. However, with time, you'll manage this and can inform your team if you're unavailable at certain times. The company primarily focuses on whether the work is completed, rather than how or when it's done. Sometimes, we complete all our tasks on Sunday to be free during the weekdays. Just keep your manager informed when they ask; they only care about the work, not any other factors.

Dislikes

The salary should be more competitive. The company should provide a laptop at the very least.

I appreciate the positive atmosphere at our company, thanks to the excellent management and HR team. The support and guidance provided by our manager and HR manager have been invaluable. Their helpful and approachable nature creates a conducive work environment. Overall, team is doing a commendable job, contributing to a positive and collaborative workplace.

Dislikes

While the company does recognize hardworking employees, I believe there is room for improvement in terms of the compensation structure. It seems that even though hard work is acknowledge, the hikes provided may not fully reflect the efforts put in by dedicated employees. A more substantial hike for those who consistently contribute their best would be a great motivation for the workforce.

I have been working here for a year now as a Senior Software Developer and I find all the project managers are super helpful. All of them understands employee's problems and prioritizes both the things along with work. Voices are heared while making any decisions in projects which makes you feel valuable. Also, your work gets recognised. All of them are great people to work with.

Dislikes

Being a service sector company, sometimes we get crowded with many projects at hand, but that too not for long as the hiring is very frequent.
