I have been working here for a year now as a Senior Software Developer and I find all the project managers are super helpful. All of them understands employee's problems and prioritizes both the things along with work. Voices are heared while making any decisions in projects which makes you feel valuable. Also, your work gets recognised. All of them are great people to work with.

Dislikes

Being a service sector company, sometimes we get crowded with many projects at hand, but that too not for long as the hiring is very frequent.

As a new joiner, the working hours may be hectic at first. Although the job offers flexible timing, you still need to be available most of the time. However, with time, you'll manage this and can inform your team if you're unavailable at certain times.
