Some time work pressure is very high, I have to work 12-14 hours straight in day as I have to attend client calls in the evening. I do receive appreciation email from client

Likes

While working with UT Electronics Private Limited I learn so many things relating to accounting, taxation, management reporting , within 6 months I get a good position and my boss always with my work always appreciate me. I maintain balance for both personal as well as professional life, that's good point for me with this company. But this not enough for career growth.

Dislikes

The work pressure is very high, career growth is very slow. No incentive is there for extra work. Neither they provide any training nor work environment is good. No any facility has been provided by company to their employees.
