While working with UT Electronics Private Limited I learn so many things relating to accounting, taxation, management reporting , within 6 months I get a good position and my boss always with my work always appreciate me. I maintain balance for both personal as well as professional life, that's good point for me with this company. But this not enough for career growth.

Dislikes

The work pressure is very high, career growth is very slow. No incentive is there for extra work. Neither they provide any training nor work environment is good. No any facility has been provided by company to their employees.

Work Details

No doubt my work is challenging and exciting. In the company I have responsibility of fulfil all statutory compliances. At the present I have a challenge to file the GST returns of my company & their sister concerns which is really very exciting for me.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
