compensation is decent and less work life balance.

Basically it is a managers driven company and having very good market equity in the segments which USV having presence. Good culture,good training and good teammates are there.

organisation growth is not get reflected in compensation and salary hikes. work pressure is high. Health insurance is only for self ,spouse,kids but not for parents.

Safety gift given by company is good, company is good but due to some persons behaviour who have power, they misuse it.

Dislikes

...ty to others. Specific employee lobby created by manager for saving his position. Food quality & HR culture also not good.

From trainee employees salary structure was good as well as for employees also

Batches plan only when any festival is upcoming, Less manpower that's why for QC and manufacturing department weelky off and public holiday off issue
