Batches plan only when any festival is upcoming, Less manpower that's why for QC and manufacturing department weelky off and public holiday off issue

Satisfactory salary but limited benefits. Work is streamlined. Some Managers are very good with respect to knowledge and experience.

Lacks good work environment or support. Constant pressure to work without any appreciation.

They did not pay my settlement as well as my other friends. They give me my settlement after 7 months. Delhi HR Department is pathetic and don't know to work as a HR.

i love the fact that iam a part of a team that markets reliable, high quality products and has a global client base. the company is open to innovation and really adopts new technology.

compensation is decent and less work life balance.
