Satisfactory salary but limited benefits. Work is streamlined. Some Managers are very good with respect to knowledge and experience.

Lacks good work environment or support. Constant pressure to work without any appreciation.

USV Company is very good than other company I am proud that I work in USV USV has 100% Job Security USV work culture is very good USV Management is also good but promotion and good increment is given to my loved ones only. Increment is the hard work of every person for the whole year, so increment should come only from HO FIXED (15-20%), company policy is also good. And the quality of food should be improved in the company and food is not good in the company.

Dislikes

When the company is paying me salary on time, it is my duty to be ready to work no matter what the company gives me I am doing in 4.5year.

...the organisation has taken lot of care and provided facilities to the employees. There have been no salary cuts or loss of pay. Organization has shown excellent planning and management during pandemic

Dislikes

The HR policies are biased and unfair. Work culture needs to be improved by a lot. There is no growth when it comes to value based learning. There are too many restrictions on employees when it comes to leaves and other activities. There is no system to acknowledge/appreciate the efforts put in by employees.

Safety gift given by company is good, company is good but due to some persons behaviour who have power, they misuse it.

Dislikes

...ty to others. Specific employee lobby created by manager for saving his position. Food quality & HR culture also not good.

From trainee employees salary structure was good as well as for employees also

Batches plan only when any festival is upcoming, Less manpower that's why for QC and manufacturing department weelky off and public holiday off issue
