Only the attendance regularization not done through software, problematic, salary cutting, loose HR policies that other.

Safety gift given by company is good, company is good but due to some persons behaviour who have power, they misuse it.

...ty to others. Specific employee lobby created by manager for saving his position. Food quality & HR culture also not good.

From trainee employees salary structure was good as well as for employees also

Batches plan only when any festival is upcoming, Less manpower that's why for QC and manufacturing department weelky off and public holiday off issue

Satisfactory salary but limited benefits. Work is streamlined. Some Managers are very good with respect to knowledge and experience.

Lacks good work environment or support. Constant pressure to work without any appreciation.

They did not pay my settlement as well as my other friends. They give me my settlement after 7 months. Delhi HR Department is pathetic and don't know to work as a HR.
