    UST has taken measures to ensure that the employees work fro home and avoid commuting to office until necessary, but this again comes at a cost of putting the hike and other compensations on hold till further notice, there isn't any clarity if the new hike letters are rolled out, would it include the arrears as well.

    Your CTC would grow at the snail speed. no matter how much you work, your appraisal would be in single digit, And talking about the Variable Pay, take my advice and don't ever accept your offer letter if it has got variable pay, coz you wont get what is being promised... Finally... if your are being offered ensure that you demand atleast 2 times more than your current salary, coz here there isn't anything like "payscale Normalization" or "paying as per the industry standards".

    This is a good company to start your career with nice working environment. Colleagues of different parts of India make you fell good.Traing, Always availability of projects are the main positive side. Salary point of view you may not be satisfied but overall its a well-known and one of the fastest growing company in India.

    Work pressure is less. job security.

    Dislikes

    ...se all your strength for their growth but you will never grow in this company. Salary package includes variable pay. In Yearly basis VP will be paid to you. Getting your complete variable pay is difficult in this company.as I said earlier company will have N number of reasons for deducting your VP.

    1. No appraisals. 2. No qualified employees. 3. No feedback discussions, managers have no clue about promotions, appraisals, variable pay, increments, etc. 4. HRs don't even bother connecting with the employees. No discussions about the motivation, what the employees need. For 6 months they don't even know who are the employees they are tagged to. 5. No company formal structure. Feedbacks shared with the management goes into bin. They do what they feel like doing. 6. No food arrangements, no proper offices, no meeting rooms, no snacks, no coffee/tea, no gym, no breakout games etc. 7. The moment you enter the office, you feel like you are in a graveyard, where there is total silence. Lack of meeting rooms, forces people to take calls from their bay disturbing everyone around them. 8. Everything blocked on your laptops. At times even client websites are blocked. 9. Laptops from 2001 eras are given. Who will feel like working. 10. They get refurbished laptops and give it to the employees, where the employees keep struggling. 11. No proper office building or parking at the office spaces.
