Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are poor.

...ny. Don't waste your valuable time by attending interview in this worse company. I cleared 2 technical rounds, manager round, HR round and after selection HR was saying you are selected but we can not offer salary as per your expectation. We can offer you below salary from your current offer. Whereas HR was agreed to give the expected salary before the interview. Its not a good way, total waste of time in this stupid company. I think they are not capable of paying monthly salary. So be careful.

UST is a very good company to work with. Really like the work culture it has, there is no imposing of work. You are free to express your opinion. Ample learning opportunities. Good work life balance.

Career growth and promotions are nil. Salary hike is also not that appreciable. Everything else is good.

... places to work, they good employee engagement. Provide good facilities as well. only one thing I didn't like is about compensation, in that regard the monetary growth is slow
