...olitics. If you wish them they will not even respond back and puts serious face. Your variable pay will be deducted only in Hyderbad and Bangalore location after deducting 30% TDS & 30% event manement expenses. They will not give hike to existing employees but recruits from outside market by paying 50% extra to low experiennce. The worst thing is coffee machine will not work many a times and no proper facilities to employees. Bottom tag line No Humanity, No Integrity and Full humiliation to hard working employees.

...ny. Don't waste your valuable time by attending interview in this worse company. I cleared 2 technical rounds, manager round, HR round and after selection HR was saying you are selected but we can not offer salary as per your expectation. We can offer you below salary from your current offer. Whereas HR was agreed to give the expected salary before the interview. Its not a good way, total waste of time in this stupid company. I think they are not capable of paying monthly salary. So be careful.

1. No appraisals. 2. No qualified employees. 3. No feedback discussions, managers have no clue about promotions, appraisals, variable pay, increments, etc. 4. HRs don't even bother connecting with the employees. No discussions about the motivation, what the employees need. For 6 months they don't even know who are the employees they are tagged to. 5. No company formal structure. Feedbacks shared with the management goes into bin. They do what they feel like doing. 6. No food arrangements, no proper offices, no meeting rooms, no snacks, no coffee/tea, no gym, no breakout games etc. 7. The moment you enter the office, you feel like you are in a graveyard, where there is total silence. Lack of meeting rooms, forces people to take calls from their bay disturbing everyone around them. 8. Everything blocked on your laptops. At times even client websites are blocked. 9. Laptops from 2001 eras are given. Who will feel like working. 10. They get refurbished laptops and give it to the employees, where the employees keep struggling. 11. No proper office building or parking at the office spaces.

...al. Being an MNC, no proper amenities. No cafeteria. No food. No transportation. Only you get salary on time for which you have to fill 4-5 timesheets.

* Well Work life balance * Good pay and hikes * multiple clients and project * good company expansion and clients expansion - recently occupied new space in hyderabad with decent facilities * Friendly manager and management * Participates in social activities and helpful to employees when there is need - like medical emergency * Internal event organised to encourage employees * encourages to participate in skill up programs

Dislikes

* Can try to accomodate transportation for employees * can provide better pay raise * can do better in encouraging health by providing reimbursement
