Its been a pretty good experience since 2 years. I started my career in this company. And I can feel the difference when I started versus where I am today. The knowledge graph has always been rising exponentially. The team I am working with has been really supportive with everything. There is no communication gap with the management. Good job security, rest all depends on project where you are assigned. Good for people in Technical roles.

Dislikes

Career growth opportunities and monetary benefits as its entirely driven by your relationship with your manager. You have to be either in the top management or bottom of the pyramid for growth.

1. There are less projects related to data warehouse domain - which involves technology like SSIS, SQL Server, Power BI etc.

Work culture is one of the best. Job Security is there but of course it depends on the performance. Good Learning opportunities.

Dislikes

Annual hikes are not at all good, this is the reason for very good senior people leaving the organization. The company has lost its vision in the process of scaling up. No on-site opportunities.
