1. No appraisals. 2. No qualified employees. 3. No feedback discussions, managers have no clue about promotions, appraisals, variable pay, increments, etc. 4. HRs don't even bother connecting with the employees. No discussions about the motivation, what the employees need. For 6 months they don't even know who are the employees they are tagged to. 5. No company formal structure. Feedbacks shared with the management goes into bin. They do what they feel like doing. 6. No food arrangements, no proper offices, no meeting rooms, no snacks, no coffee/tea, no gym, no breakout games etc. 7. The moment you enter the office, you feel like you are in a graveyard, where there is total silence. Lack of meeting rooms, forces people to take calls from their bay disturbing everyone around them. 8. Everything blocked on your laptops. At times even client websites are blocked. 9. Laptops from 2001 eras are given. Who will feel like working. 10. They get refurbished laptops and give it to the employees, where the employees keep struggling. 11. No proper office building or parking at the office spaces.

This is the company running by mallus and tamilein, they do groupism and hr is also not supposed and not reachable. I had bad experience with IBC account as @gayathri and @nandini made my life worst in this company. Seniors humiliate you scold u in public. Nobody can survive here.

...e leadership in some of the projects No one-on-one discussion during appraisal Minimalist salary hike Short term projects which doesn't allow to settle down and creates unnecessary panic They do not have any projects of their own and basically just do outsourcing If you are lucky you might land up with good client and work longer They do not have good bench strength. You are always in trouble sitting out of the project (on bench) even for a month. You might be asked to look for the opportunity outside any day.

Good manager Flexible timings Salary on time Good for freshers and people who want to restart the career.

Dislikes

They will force you to put down the papers HR team is worst and once you put down the papers ther will treat you very badly and once you relieved you need to beg for ful and final settlement & they doesn't have humanity also they speak very rudely. Management should focus on HR how they are communicating with employees & ex- employees.

1) Projects are hard to find 2) No explicit trainings by the company so every candidate can get placed in project 3) Training to be self sponsored by candidate 4) Not women friendly as it claims example need to report to office as per policy registration regardless of transport and personal limitations 5) Transport allowance not provided 6) Asks to relocate to Trivandrum for retaining job else forces to quit the company
