1. No appraisals.
2. No qualified employees.
3. No feedback discussions, managers have no clue about promotions, appraisals, variable pay, increments, etc.
4. HRs don't even bother connecting with the employees. No discussions about the motivation, what the employees need. For 6 months they don't even know who are the employees they are tagged to.
5. No company formal structure. Feedbacks shared with the management goes into bin. They do what they feel like doing.
6. No food arrangements, no proper offices, no meeting rooms, no snacks, no coffee/tea, no gym, no breakout games etc.
7. The moment you enter the office, you feel like you are in a graveyard, where there is total silence. Lack of meeting rooms, forces people to take calls from their bay disturbing everyone around them.
8. Everything blocked on your laptops. At times even client websites are blocked.
9. Laptops from 2001 eras are given. Who will feel like working.
10. They get refurbished laptops and give it to the employees, where the employees keep struggling.
11. No proper office building or parking at the office spaces.
...olitics. If you wish them they will not even respond back and puts serious face. Your variable pay will be deducted only in Hyderbad and Bangalore location after deducting 30% TDS & 30% event manement expenses. They will not give hike to existing employees but recruits from outside market by paying 50% extra to low experiennce. The worst thing is coffee machine will not work many a times and no proper facilities to employees. Bottom tag line No Humanity, No Integrity and Full humiliation to hard working employees.

If you are lucky you might land up with good client and work longer
They do not have good bench strength.
You are always in trouble sitting out of the project (on bench) even for a month. You might be asked to look for the opportunity outside any day.

Next day again you will recieve a threatening call that you had violated rule so we will dismiss you without salary and experience letter.
Dear USt my question is why you had asked the reason if without knowing the reason only you had sentenced us dismiss.What are you trying to be like.
After few Gladys of you will call them then they will tell you that enquiry is going on and they don’t know how much time it will take but they will tell you that you will not get salary or experience letter means indirectly they will force you to resign .
When you will serve proofs of your honesty they will tell we don’t forced you to resign.They will have no answers to your questions.They will give you only false information.
First they told to Join PTEC you need to give resignation from UST when you will tell them it is no where mentioned in agreement or offer letter that to work in UST subsidiary company we need to give resignation they will start denying that they told id to resign .
It’s means they were trapping us from beginning by giving false information of resignation and once we will say NO to opportunity they will file a charge sheet against us.
Most importantly who said yes to PTEc opportunities also they are now sending mails to them to relocate to Mumbai ,if they agreed then they will again send them mail to relocate to Pune.
So USt,please stop playing like this.

Accept you don’t have projects and work .Don’t schedule fake interviews for proving that you have projects and clients are rejecting employee.Only USt employers are taking ust employees interviews .

There is no job security. HR will ask you to resign once you are released for the project, also finding a project to work in javascript is hard here.
The quality of projects are minimum and they have mostly Indian clients who ask you work even on weekends and holidays.
Never join UST if you have a second offer, let it be any package, job security and peace of mind is the most important.
