My stay in Xpanxion was very very short but I still miss the place. Good people, good work culture and good package. I got to learn new things, people are big on knowledge sharing, helpful and supportive colleagues and overall an awesome experience.

Their understanding of Technical Writer role was relatively less but they supported me throughout.

We do get above average salary as per market standards.

Dislikes

. In case of complaints to HR. HR is still in passive mode. Preventive measures are not taken. That hampers the team productivity and culture loss. . Management do not have eye escalations. . Lacking in streamlining / Planning. Managers just need to jumpstart. . In case of interview drives over weekend, no communication on compoff / allowance. No Allowances.

Lot of work pressure Very good for freshers as they will learn a lot but with loads of work

Nothing much to point. Work life balance you can manage. But still there is lot of time being spent at UST meetings and then client meetings.

Dislikes

No growth in career, package benefits and policy change they keep doing on a random basis. So job security is very less.

Work life balance is poor. Crying babies gets more money as well as management biased at times with respect to people, their compensation. Recruitment engine is very poor and doesn't support in corporate team Recruitment specifically.
