You will be doing the same work, how much work you do but it won't be justifiable especially the ecom team. People who are not much working but can talk they are getting more hike compare to who are actually working.

My Company is supporting very well by giving full salary and they are always concerned about each other.

Nothing is here to dislike in this company coz they are very new in Retail fashion industry (2015), and they are growing very fast in market,and i have a good chance to grow with the companies growth

Freedom to work in your space and make new suggestions. It allows me to try new things in the role and learn from failures and successes. The commitment of the senior management towards the Company's betterment is inspirational.

Things may not always work out as planned. Sometimes work is a little abrupt, but it is always in the best interests of the organisation.

Very bad service They have not transferred my money back.. it has been past 1 month i have requested to refund my money for my refund cloths Everytime i call to customer care number and i have email also but they said the same thing again and again we will transfer your money in 4-5 working days ... Like seriously i have listen this thing 4 times and 2 times i have get mail from usplworld but i have not received the payment ... Now i am regretting from purchasing the wrong brand cloth from this site
