Good Values and Culture. Young Organization there for flexible and open to ideas. Even the industry is not very matured like paints or other building materials. Therefore lot of opportunities to shape the market with application of ideas and execution. I get to travel abroad esp, Malaysia, Thailand , Vietnam - where our global offices and plants are based.

Dislikes

Announced Plants for expansion have delayed which means there are supply limitations. As organization is young and growing, addition of manpower would be gradual which might mean a bit stretched work schedules to be on top of your job. Rest of the plusses would out weigh these of course, though
