Nothing to like about this start up small company

Dislikes

HR bloody cheap guy Navneet is very misbehaving person. Very unprofessional. Negotiating like he is selling vegetables. His attitude and Behaviour is like illiterate irritating person. I was feeling like if he would in front of me I definitely slap on his face.

I feel there is no proper work assigned to the recruited employee whereas there is no job security as well.. Hr does not for any employee welfare.. I have lost my career by joining this company

It was one of terrible experience with USDC no proper work culture and the reporting heads are horrible. The company doesn't follow any process.. My career spoiled after joining this company because I was not able to work peacefully due to changes in vertical without any reason, at last blaming an employee for non performances and asking them to quite by self..very unhappy 😔

Entire experience especially with the Hr department was horrible and for no reason they have asked me to resign and kept useless employees who are in favour of them..I lost my career because of Mr. Mackey agrawal ( Marketing head in Jain College)and Mr.Vivek chandramohan ( Sales Head at USDC )these two guys have brought me here.. with no reason spoiled by career by not assigning a proper work task.. finally asked me to drop papers for no genuine reason..

If you want to start a career in sales go with USDC, the Usdc will help you in many ways to develop your base, overall the company is superb and the Manager "VC" is such a gem & a visionary person as well.

Language biased, no proper roles as per designations. No learning and development provided from company end for the employees. Be prepared to give reasons and clarity for your earner and sick leaves.
