US IT solutions gives you the freedom to work your way, there are no restrictions on you, all they want is outoput, backbiting, flattering and other demotivating activities are very less/nil here, work culture is great, if you are a beginner, there are too many things to learn from here, all you need to do is follow good and intelligent peoples' company, they are open for feedback, HR is cooperative, food is good, cabs given to female employees, no issues of leaves, all US gazetted holidays, best part is no one asks you to stretch shift, once your work and shift is over, go home, overall it's a good comapny

Dislikes

Location of the building is in isolated area, nearest market is 1 KM away, no ventilation facility in washrooms so actually they stink, no filter water, if you can adjust with these things, its a good company to work with, salary matters the most and they pay handsome to right candidates, far better then many big companies in IT park chandigarh :)
