Retention offer
Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

The salary comes on time, by the 8th.

Dislikes

1. The owner talks abuse to the employees. 2. Salary does not increase above Rs 500 - 1000 in the entire year. 3. If Any employee asks for leave, the employee's money is deducted and he also misbehaves. 4. Cleanliness is not taken care of at all in the office. 5. No benefits are given to the employees. 6. If any accident happens to the employee, proof of the same is asked for and even after that his salary is deducted. Here helpless people work and the owner takes full benefit of it.
