It's a good company overall for learning the skills. And importantly the employees and colleagues in every department are so nice, friendly and helpful for everyone irrespective of their position.

...k life balance and career growth for the low and mid level needs an improvement. Moreover, the salary credit in every month is not proper. These are my dislikes about the company

See likes and dislikes depend on the person wise. Depends on the Project Manager. If you get a good PM then the company will be automatically good if not then it will become hell. The same goes for candidates. Candidate should be dedicated. I know work so I am not struggling. But I suggest new comer join this company as there is lots of scopes to learn.
