No fixed working hours Very low salary without any perks. I have to pay myself for sim card, laptop and internet for company work No value for employees, people keep leaving the company because of this

This company fires you after 6 months. There is so much work involved in this as if we are running the company. There is a time to come to office, there is no time to leave.

Upper management is very much interested in the organization. Culture is very supportive and is similar through tech department. Learning is good, senior folks have a good domain knowledge.

Lesser salary than other PBC Salary structure similar across levels

Good pay. Some of the folks are good and will help in hard times.

Hikes are not satisfactory. Use and throw attitude towards developers, you may be fired if your team's project is completed/dissolved. Bad work life balance. Projects do not have technical depth.
