Hikes are not satisfactory. Use and throw attitude towards developers, you may be fired if your team's project is completed/dissolved. Bad work life balance. Projects do not have technical depth.

The leadership is horrible. They don't care about employers or their learning. The culture is bad and the tech stack is horrible as well. People expect to be spoon-fed. Well, 70%+ people are freshers/SDE1s. In some teams its either what a non technical manager says or the highway

No Job security any time they can fire you they just say u have a contract for 8 months but they can kick you out anytime. They also make you work on Sunday that to from office and office timings are 10 to 9:30 some time 10 also.

i like only one thing that is salary credit date, they are good in helping

behaviour of manager is very bad and sometime they are using abousive words and one important thing is this is contractual base company, doesn't matter how you put your effort in their compnay after ending contract they will terminate the BDA's also they don't have fix timing of office they will make you work more than 9 hrs

Their work culture which is poisonous, No Work life balance. No Perks. Best place to learn politics. Managers share their super admin access with their friends who can selectively pick out quality requests and leave just trash for you. Do not expect any humanity from them. Everything. 0 learning, 0 growth, toxic people, no appraisals, 0 (BIG 0) perks. 10 years old tech but show off (check blogs: specifically newer blogs). Seniors engineers and VPs are not knowledgable leading to 0 learnings. Though working hors are flexible you are asked to deliver more leading to you working on off hours as well.
