My Experience with Urban Company – Highly Disappointing I had a deeply unsatisfactory experience with Urban Company, where the management lacks ethics, professionalism, and basic accountability. Employees, whether workers or those in business roles like Business Development Associates, are treated poorly without respect or consideration. The company fails to create a positive work culture or offer meaningful career growth opportunities. The senior team, including individuals like Jatin Gupta, Anshu Pathak, Rohan Kumar, and Akshay Chawla, indulge in favoritism and politics. Instead of supporting and uplifting new employees, they engage in behavior that discourages growth. I left the organization 15 days ago, yet I have not received my full and final settlement, relieving letter, or experience letter. Despite numerous follow-ups, no one responds to calls or messages, including reporting managers. This lack of support is unacceptable and has even delayed my ability to join another company. For those considering joining Urban Company, please be aware that: - No career growth:Regardless of how long you work—6 months, 1 year, or more—there are no opportunities for advancement. - Toxic environment: Internal politics overshadow any potential for success. - Unresponsive management:Managers avoid accountability, and the HR department is ineffective in addressing concerns.
