There is nothing in my mind which is unlikable in uc ya some tymes bcoz of some tech problems our salary is credits very late that sit in other ways this is the best company I have ever work with.

No growth No work method No employee upliftment No recreation Company does not give a damm if your leaving and this largely depends upon managers who have no motive to retain employees.. Have worked here for almost a half decade and still company did not provided any sort of farewell or was even least brothered to understand the prblem.felt like i joined 2-3 months and leaving.

No fixed working hours Very low salary without any perks. I have to pay myself for sim card, laptop and internet for company work No value for employees, people keep leaving the company because of this

The only salary comes from time office.

This company fires you after 6 months. There is so much work involved in this as if we are running the company. There is a time to come to office, there is no time to leave.

Upper management is very much interested in the organization. Culture is very supportive and is similar through tech department. Learning is good, senior folks have a good domain knowledge.
