The company is open to innovative and new ideas, technology. I love the fact that i am a part of this company and teammate. Working environment is good.

There is no compensation for taking leave. The work pressure is high during project peak time and normal during non peak time. Salary appraisal is very less

Salary is decent but career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

There is a lot of politics a. D the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2year before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees

Job security is inherent being a government organization. Salary will be as per GoI rules. Immense respect in society and amongst family and friends. Medical benefits hospital and treatments is unmatched.

Peers/bosses were selected not by talent but by need and availability in 80s so completely lack to leadership/ technical/ management characteristics. Horrible work life. No respect as Human Resource rather everyone's just a headcount. Top brass deciding program profile of Padma Awards only. True info not revealed in the name of secrecy. No innovation and nothing like made in India. No concern for health and family welfare of employees and their family members. Exploitation of Human resource and taxpayers resource is at an all time high

...n.Assistant/Data Entry Operator.But most probably u r not going to do that work.Pay is on daily basis and as on December 2019,salary per day is 850rs. Working hours is from 8:30am to 5pm.But most of the days work will go beyond 7pm.You know the meaning of slavery,if you work there.Many of the Permanent employees don't do much work.Btw,they are payed 100-400% higher than a contract person.

...ay, unofficially they ask you to come.And they pay you less than your daily pay.At the end of the month,they forget that you have done Overtime whenever they asked for but they will reason with u,that everyone should get the overtime benefits equally,there by cutting down ur salary. For joining,they(contractor) take one month payment.
